CROSS STUDIO × SPALDING × SNEAKER NEWS Artist-Designed Basketballs Collections-Jasper Wong

The collection includes three basketball editions designed by Cross Studio’s artists, Eric Inkala, Jasper Wong and Rob Flowers. The artists injected their ideas and signature designs into the collection to create a “CROSS” chemistry of art and sports; turning traditional basketballs from sports equipment into valuable collectables.

Jasper Wong is an artist, illustrator, curator and art director. Jasper has exhibited worldwide, in places such as Japan, California, France, London, Mexico, New York, Hong Kong, Chicago, and Australia and he has been selected on multiple occasions by Archive magazine as one of the 200 Best Illustrators worldwide. Jasper fell in love with the basketball game as a child and would always dream of being an NBA player. Although the dream did not come true, he never lost his love for the game. This design is to honour his childhood love of the sport and everything that surrounds it.
